"After years in retail management and then running my own online company I decided it was time for a change.
Social media is the most phenomenal marketing tool of the last decade and its not just for the large corporate companies. I saw a gap in the market to remove the stuffy corporate words and have a friendly stance to the social media marketing field.
The ability to have your demographic at your finger tips as well as the huge SEO (search engine optimisation) benefits, it is a real business travesty to not be using social media to its full potential.
I have shown many people the ropes and handed back over their accounts, dipping in and out as when it is required or over busier periods.
I also have full or partial admin rights to many Facebook and Twitter accounts which are budgeted per week. Each one with their own goal in mind.
I have been working for the last 6 years on a 'word of mouth recommendation service', living in Tenterden, nearly all of my clients have come to me by people who genuinely believe in what I do, and how I have helped them and their business achieve more.
As of May 2017, I came to a point of expansion, and am now proud to introduce my business partner Emily. As a duo we work well with social media strategy concepts, and compliments each others business styles."

“I have been self employed since the age of 19, running a successful catering franchise in Kent for almost a decade. This unfortunately came to an end in 2016, when the property was purchased by a large company and I could no longer find my place within it.
Unsure which direction to take next I explored a few avenues, but nothing really felt right until Frances approached me with the idea of training me in the art of social media with the purpose of expanding FES together. Living close to Frances, in Tenterden means we are close enough as friends and in location to easily merge.
Everything fell into place since then and we now find ourselves with an expanding business and skill sets to match. Frances and I compliment each other in the work environment, where I lack she exceeds and vice versa. I am excited for the future of FES and the many businesses we are able to work with”
